  The new version of the"Implementation Rules for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point(HACCP)System Certification"has been officially implemented on July 29,2021.According to the requirements of the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Announcement(No.21 of 2021),our organization has arranged the standard conversion work as follows:

  1.According to relevant requirements,the certified organization should complete the standard conversion before December 31,2022.The certification certificates based on GB/T 27341-2009,GB 14881-2013,and the"Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point(HACCP)System Supplementary Requirements 1.0"(hereinafter referred to as the old version certification standards)will become invalid from December 31,2022.

  2.According to the announcement on our company's website,starting from June 1,2022,we will no longer accept certification audits based on old version standards(including initial review and re certification).During the conversion period,our organization will communicate with certified clients and arrange an audit team to implement the certification standard conversion in conjunction with annual supervision or re certification audits.

  3.When conducting a version change in conjunction with supervision and audit,the number of audit personnel days may be affected.The validity period of the certification certificate will remain the same as the original certificate(for example,the old version of the certification certificate was issued on August 8,2021,and after being replaced according to supervision and audit,the validity period of the new version of the certification certificate will expire on August 7,2024).When conducting a version change in conjunction with re certification,the number of audit personnel days will be the same as the number of re certification audit personnel days;

  4.In order not to affect the promotion and use of HACCP system certification certificates by various organizations,please complete the version transfer audit work as much as possible before September 30,2022,and no later than November 30,2022.

  5.In order to do a good job in the certification standard version change work,promote the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of HACCP system certification,enable all certified customers to smoothly complete the certificate transfer work,and prevent delays that may cause the certificate to expire and become invalid,all units are requested to learn the new version of the"Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point(HACCP)System Certification Implementation Rules"as soon as possible and arrange for audit preparation work.
